Will joined Herron Todd White in 2007 and was appointed to the position of Central Queensland Rural Division Manager in 2008. Will became a Director of Herron Todd White Central Queensland in May 2012. Will has conducted valuations in the Channel Country and the central and western Queensland regions for corporate investors, larger pastoral companies and finance institutions.

He has appeared as an expert witness in the Land Court, and is principally involved in resource and infrastructure based work including resumption and compensation assessments under the Mineral Resources Act 1989, Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 and Acquisition of Land Act 1967. Will's experience also includes mortgage security, family, litigation and resumption work throughout central and south-east Queensland.
