Warwick's professional experience extends back to the 1980's when he was valuing Melbourne CBD property for the State Bank and subsequently, through the market downturn during the 1990's, as a team leader in the Commonwealth Bank Valuers Department. Warwick established his own business focusing mainly on mortgage valuations for both commercial and residential property from the late 1990's until joining Herron Todd White at the beginning of 2014. Whilst with HTW Warwick has engaged with the residential valuations for Family Law, Bankruptcy, Trustee and Mortgagee sale. Warwick has appeared before Chief Justice Nicholson of the Family Court of Australia as an expert witness.
