Tod began his career with Herron Todd White in 1994 as an Assistant Valuer and was accredited with Queensland Registration as a Valuer in 1996. He progressed to Shareholding Director of Herron Todd White (Gold Coast and NSW Far North Coast) in 2003 and was elected to the Board of Herron Todd White Australia for two terms between 2004 and 2010. His area of specialisation include prestige residential, management rights and home unit developments, as well as easements and compensation for properties acquired by Statutory Authorities. Tod also has experience in the valuation of commercial, retail and industrial properties. Tod is also a popular guest speaker for a range of industry events as well as expert commentator for local and national media.
