Terry commenced his career as a loans officer and trainee valuer specialising in rural property with the Commonwealth Development Bank, becoming a regional manager in 1994. Following a period as a relationship manager with the Commonwealth Bank, Terry commenced valuation work in private practice in New South Wales in 2001 before relocating to Darwin in 2003.

During his time at Herron Todd White Darwin Terry has carried out valuations across a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial and rural property across the Northern Territory and the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Terry's banking experience gives him valuable insight into the expectations of financiers and business clients.
