Syd is the Director responsible for Herron Todd White Gosford's Residential division. Syd commenced his valuation career in 1997 after a period of 12 years in the management of a large, diverse and an ever changing property portfolio in local government. Syd has valued a large variety of residential, commercial and industrial properties in the Central Coast and Hunter Valley regions. His specialities include rental assessments of large government owned and occupied office buildings, prestige property valuations and property acquisitions, disposals and developments. In 2010 Syd became Treasurer of the Central Coast Chapter of the Australian Property Institute (API), following his retirement as the Director of the Gosford City Credit Union after 11 years service.
