Simon joined the Herron Todd White Brisbane commercial team in 2007 and was appointed a director in 2011. Initially undertaking a wide range of commercial valuations, Simon now specialises in the valuation of going concern properties, most notably childcare centres, motels, caravan parks, backpacker hostels and rent rolls. Simon is a member of Australia Childcare Alliance Queensland and has presented at many specialist child care seminars.

He is a panel valuer on all major banking groups and is a widely respected industry expert, consulting to some of Australia’s largest child care operators.
