Sheena has significant multi-disciplinary leadership experience across multiple sectors, globally. She is the Chair of Women on Boards Australia, Independent Non-Executive Director and the newly appointed Chair of the Board of HTW Australia and HTW Consolidated.

During her Executive career, Sheena spent sixteen years working for two NYSE listed companies in the USA, UK, Europe, and Asia including twelve years in senior leadership roles at The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon), one of the world's leading financial institutions. Initially Head of HR (International) for several years, she became CEO of BNY Mellon India for three years; was the corporation’s Global Head of Talent Strategy for five years; and a member of BNY Mellon’s global Operating Committee.

She is an international award-winning expert in the fields of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and has led the People and Culture aspects of a number of cross-border M&A deals. In addition to her Non-Executive Director activities, Sheena works as a leadership consultant for a diverse range of organisations both locally and internationally; is an accredited Career Coach; a Trustee of the Banks Rowing Club Foundation; and is Co-Founder and Director of Parents on Leave Pty Ltd. 

Sheena is a Graduate of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and UK Institute of Directors (CertIoD).
