Shaun has been a property valuer since February 2006 and started working with Herron Todd White in September 2006. Shaun’s experience includes valuation of all residential properties, including prestige assets, throughout the Sydney region. He is an Industry Accredited Specialist for prestige residential properties in Sydney and an approved CBA elite valuer.

Shaun’s expertise extends to valuations for acquisition and disposal, family law, mortgage security, asset management, rent reviews, capital gains tax, statutory requirements and mortgagee in possession.

In 2023, Shaun became the Region Director for the Sydney Specialised Residential team which service prestige mortgage and non-mortgage valuations throughout Sydney.
