Born and raised on the Gold Coast, Scott has over 15 years of experience within the valuation industry. Specialising in residential development, commercial and industrial valuations, he has an innate knowledge of the property market on the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales localities. Scott works in all areas of valuation including mortgage security, stamp duty, accounting, pre-sale/purchase and family law.

With a strong attention to detail and work ethic he prides himself on being able to provide highly relevant valuation advice to the specialised requirements of a client. Scott has a Post Graduate of Property Valuations from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University.
