Ryan commenced at Herron Todd White in 2002 while completing his degree from the Queensland University of Technology. He became a registered valuer in 2004 and an Associate of the Property Institute in the same year. Ryan regularly undertakes valuations across a wide spectrum of commercial, retail and industrial property throughout the greater Gold Coast region. Ryan is also regularly involved in compulsory acquisition/resumption matters, as well as rental assessments and determinations. Ryan was awarded Herron Todd White Commercial Valuer of the Year in 2009 and 2016, and received the Herron Todd White Peter Degotardi Quality Award in 2013. Ryan became a Director of Herron Todd White Gold Coast and Far North NSW in 2015.
