Rich has a deep passion for property and development with over 13 years broad experience in the Australian commercial property and development industry including the valuation, advisory and acquisition/ disposal of assets across multiple commercial property asset classes.

His unique skillset and acute eye for high performing property assets in the Transactions Advisory arena has been shaped by his experience with Australia's most highly regarded private and institutional property fund managers, investor, and developers.

In his current role as Director in the Advisory Division at Herron Todd White, Rich is responsible for the growth and performance of the Advisory division.

Rich specialises in valuing a wide range of commercial, industrial, mixed-use and development properties for a variety of purposes including mortgage security, financial reporting, stamp duty, family law, litigation, expert witness, pre-purchase, pre-sale, research and advisory.

Rich is a Certified Practising Valuer and an Associate with the Australian Property Institute (AAPI CPV) and currently holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
