Rachel has a wide range of valuation experience across residential, rural residential and rural lifestyle property. Rachel’s expertise extends to valuations for acquisition and disposal, mortgage security, capital gains tax and family law purposes.

Rachel commenced valuation her career in 2013 after an extensive career as a self-employed business manager. She started as an Assistant Valuer for Herron Todd White (CNNV) based in Mudgee in order to gain RPV and once qualified relocated to HTW Albury in September 2014 as a full time RPV Residential valuer. Once CPV accreditation was achieved in 2016 continued as residential valuer and in 2017 accepted an additional role as Residential Area Manager for Albury and North East Victoria.

In 2023, Rachel became the NSW Residential State Director, responsible for the NSW & ACT Process Team and the Sydney residential valuer team.
