Philip commenced with Herron Todd White in 2009 and has extensive experience in the Canberra and Sydney property market completing a wide range of valuations across many asset classes.

Philip’s current experience includes valuations of all residential property throughout Sydney with a particular focus on the North and Western Districts. His expertise extends to valuations for mortgage security, Family Law, stamp duty, asset management, capital gains tax, statutory requirements and valuations for mortgagee in possession.

His experience has also led to API Presidential Appointments, becoming an accredited valuer for the NSW loose fill asbestos taskforce as well as being an approved CBA elite valuer.
