Perron commenced his career in 2000 and joined Herron Todd White in 2006. He currently manages valuations and advisory for Melbourne Residential Prestige and Legal Services. Perron has a broad market knowledge of the greater Melbourne area with an emphasis on Melbourne's prestige markets. Perron is head of Prestige Residential Valuations including quality assurance, client relations and staff management.

He is active in prestige valuations $5 million to $40 million with a focus on the City of Stonington, Boroondara, Bayside, Mornington Peninsula and Penthouse apartment segments. Perron currently manages our Melbourne valuation team for legal services which includes offering advisory services for family law and litigation matters. Perron’s expertise extends to valuations for acquisition and disposal, mortgage security, asset management, capital gains tax, statutory requirements, residential development and litigation property settlement. Perron has a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) from Curtin University and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
