Michael is an expert in plant and equipment valuations for financial reporting, tax, stamp duty and dispute resolution purposes and has led and completed some of the largest and most complex valuation engagements in Australia delivering substantial value to his clients. Michael has presented at a National Education Seminar for the Australian Property Institute as well as speaking on valuation matters at numerous conferences across Australia and is considered one of the most experienced specialists in the valuation field.
