Matthew has been a valuer since 2003 and started working with Herron Todd White in January 2009. Matthew has 20 years’ experience, predominantly in mortgage valuation in the Sydney metropolitan area with extensive knowledge of the Blue Mountains and Western Sydney. Matthew also regularly undertakes valuations of prestige/acreage properties in the Hills District, Hawkesbury and outer western suburbs.

Matthew also has experience working on government portfolios as well as experience valuing commercial and industrial property in the western suburbs.

Matthew’s current role as Residential Director for the Sydney team sees him responsible for the daily workflow completed by approximately 30 valuers throughout Greater Sydney.
