As Chief People and Culture Officer at Herron Todd White, Lynsey brings over 20 years of experience designing and delivering innovative people strategies that strengthen workplace culture, enhance the employee and client experience, and drive sustainable business performance.

With a career spanning diverse industries, including professional services, property and construction, technology, finance, telecommunications, energy, and retail, Lynsey has a proven ability to navigate complex business environments.

Currently completing a PhD at Griffith University, Lynsey’s research focuses on how organisational values influence leadership behaviour – a subject that reflects her deep commitment to values-led leadership and meaningful cultural evolution.

Lynsey is a certified organisational coach with credentials in Birkman, DiSC, Hogan, and Mental Health First Aid. Previously, Lynsey was an adjunct faculty member at Monash Business School, teaching executive programs on leadership, change, and transformation.

Working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, Lynsey leads HTW through a significant transformation with a strong, people-first foundation.
