Ken has over 30 years' experience as a valuer and over 20 years as a director of a valuation firm. In 2010 he was appointed a Director of Herron Todd White Coffs Harbour. Ken is a rural and going concern property valuation specialist with a banker’s perspective having previously served as District Valuer on the mid-north coast for the Colonial State Bank. Ken provides valuations for all aspects of commercial, real estate consultancy and advisory and specialises in areas of going concern, leasehold and freehold valuations for motels, caravan parks and childcare centres. He also specialises in for real estate agency rent rolls.

Ken has extensive experience in negotiating compensation claims pursuant to Land Acquisition Just Terms Compensation Act. Ken has a diploma in Farm Management and is qualified to undertake all forms of rural valuations including horticulture, blueberries, dairy and grazing properties.
