Karen has 22 years experience as a valuer commencing her career in Albury/Wodonga in 2000. In 2004 Karen took the opportunity to return to the region where she grew up and relocated to the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area. In 2006 Karen's practice became part of the Herron Todd White Group.

For the past 18 years Karen has undertaken valuations of residential, commercial, industrial, rural and irrigated rural properties, but her specialty remains residential valuation. Karen has undertaken these valuations for mortgage, family law, asset determination, rating and taxation, depreciation, pre-sale and acquisition, stamp duty, general advisory and rental determination purposes.
