Valuing since 2006, Josh has gained experience in valuing a wide range of residential and rural residential properties in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions. This includes valuing properties on a single use basis, to be erected basis, hypothetical residential developments and multiple dwellings on the one title. He has vast experience valuing properties for mortgage security, family law, Government and property settlement purposes.
