John has been a fully qualified valuer since 1990 and has been involved in valuations in all fields including residential, commercial, industrial, rural, hospitality, ratings and taxing. John is also experienced in valuations for acquisition and disposal, asset management, lease administration, compensation, rent and cost survey, rent reviews, capital gains tax, statutory requirements and litigation property settlement.

John has in the past provided evidence for arbitration, tribunals and Supreme Court and negotiated for compensation for acquiring authorities and dispossessed owners. Primarily based in the Deniliquin area, John has vast knowledge of the western Riverina region.
