Jim joined Herron Todd White Vic/Tas in 2014 as a Director specialising in the valuation of hospitality and leisure properties including accommodation hotels, motels, gaming hotels, pubs, caravan and tourist parks, manufactured housing parks, serviced accommodation facilities, student accommodation complexes and child care centres across Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales and South Australia. Jim has been qualified

since 1999 and previously managed the Victorian Valuation Department and National Hotel Valuation Department at Colliers International. Jim’s experience encompasses due diligence and acquisition valuations, property trust valuations, balance sheet and financial reporting valuations, mortgage security valuations, feasibility studies and rental consultancy /determinations. Additionally Jim has managed a range of significant National portfolio valuation assignments. Jim has a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
