Jerusha King joined Herron Todd White in 2021 an Associate Director within the Gold Coast Office. Jerusha possesses over 14 years of experience within the valuation industry on both the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales localities. Prior to entering the valuation industry, Jerusha worked as an estate agent for 5 years, and now has a thorough understanding of both valuation and sale industries within the property market. A Certified Practicing Valuer, Jerusha has been regularly recognised within the industry for her professionalism, work place ethics and high standards of reporting and attention to detail.

She works in all areas of valuation including Family Law, Mortgage Security, Estate, Litigation and Accounting purposes. She specialises in the valuation of rural/residential properties and prestige dwellings and units throughout the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales areas. Jerusha prides herself on her ability to provide informative and comprehensive property advice and reporting in a timely manner. She does this by embracing the extensive technological advancements Herron Todd White provides.

Jerusha has a Post Graduate of Property Valuations from the University of South Australia, a Post Graduate of Property Economics from QUT and a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University.
