Commencing with Herron Todd White in 1995 in a junior office support role, Janine became a Director in 2016 and currently specialises in residential, prestige residential, rural and rural residential sectors. Janine undertook an assistant valuer position in 1999 to enable completion of her cadetship required to gain registration in 2002. Once registered Janine completed valuations in the residential area including houses, units, vacant land and rural/rural residential properties.

In 2006 Janine completed a 12 month contract with the Department of Natural Resources. The valuations undertaken for this role included unimproved capital valuations (now known as site value) and client valuations for government departments for asset and reporting purposes. Returning to Herron Todd White in 2008, Janine was responsible for the completion of residential and rural/rural residential valuations in the Scenic Rim and lower Logan City areas.
