In the early 1990s Glenn managed the Melbourne valuation department of a national firm of valuers and real estate agents being responsible for valuations of suburban and Melbourne Central Business District retail and commercial properties, residential, commercial and industrial developments and overseeing residential valuations completed by junior valuers.

Glenn’s experience extends to the valuation of major Melbourne Central Business District office towers, including 1 Spring Street and 530 Collins Street, valuations of regional shopping centres, industrial parks, medical centres, major car dealerships, large residential developments and rental assessments on behalf of Australia Post, national retailers and the Australian Property Institute.

Glenn has assessed numerous rentals and licence fees for telecommunication installations over the past 20 years in the Melbourne metropolitan and surrounding areas, most recently on the instructions of the Valuer General of Victoria.
