Frank became a Director of Herron Todd White Darwin in 2005 and has worked in the private valuation sector since 1999 with 14 of those years located in the Northern Territory. Frank has undertaken a wide range of valuation projects across commercial, industrial, residential, horticulture, aquaculture and large pastoral properties throughout the Northern Territory and the Kimberley in Western Australia.

He has also carried out valuations on well over 100 cattle stations throughout the same region (many two or three times). These projects are for clients requiring valuations for mortgage security, litigation, feasibility assessment, insurance, financial reporting purposes and unimproved capital value objections.
