Ed is the Director responsible for Herron Todd White’s commercial property
valuation division throughout the Central Coast, Hunter Region (including
Newcastle and Lake Macquarie) and Mid-North Coast Region of NSW. Ed began
his valuation career in 2005 and is highly experienced across a wide gamut of
property types.

Based in Newcastle, Ed joined Herron Todd White in 2011 and has established the
HTW commercial division to be the most prominent local commercial valuation
provider, who are now recognised on all major banking panels in the area. Ed has
been involved in the valuation of a wide range of commercial, retail, industrial and
residential development property in Newcastle, Port Stephens, Mid-North Coast
and the Hunter Valley.

In particular, Ed has specialised in valuations of retail shopping centres, bulky
good retail outlets, neighbourhood supermarkets, large scale industrial property,
education facilities and residential land, villa and townhouse development sites.
Ed is born and bred in Newcastle and as a result he enjoys close ties within the
local business community.
