Debra joined the National Office team in February 2021 as General Manager People & Governance. In her role, Debra works closely with the CEO and with the People Performance Nominations & Governance Committee (PPNG) of the HTW Board with a broad responsibility that covers the National People function, Governance Framework and overseeing Corporate Social Responsibility programs.

A results-driven HR and Change Management (Prosci) professional with over 15 years industry experience, Debra has a proven ability to lead the planning, implementation and delivery of organisational wide projects.
