David has been employed by Herron Todd White since 2015, beginning as an administrative assistant and then as a commercial valuation assistant, gaining CPV designation in March 2018. 

David has gained experience in valuing various industrial, commercial, retail and development assets throughout the wider Sydney metropolitan area, with a particular focus on Western Sydney. 

David has experience in a variety of report types for a variety of clients and purposes, with the majority of David's valuation assignments being either on the basis of current market value or current market rent for first mortgage security purposes, financial reporting purposes, family law purposes, rental assessment purposes and some rental determination purposes.
