David Sullivan is a Director of Herron Todd White.

David brings over 30 years of experience in property valuation, spanning residential, rural, and commercial sectors, as well as complex going-concern assets. He joined Herron Todd White in 1994 as a graduate valuer, developing a broad foundation across multiple disciplines and regional markets throughout New South Wales.

He was appointed Managing Director of HTW Central West NSW in 1999, where he established himself as a Specialist Rural Valuer and led a significant period of regional expansion. Between 2004 and 2015, he drove a strategic growth program that expanded the business across inland NSW, including Mudgee, Young, Tamworth, Armidale, Orange, Bathurst, Wagga, Albury and Canberra, delivering substantial revenue growth.

Building on this, David later played a key role in consolidating HTW’s NSW and ACT operations. As Managing Director, NSW & ACT, he led the integration of multiple entities into a single operating company, aligning systems, governance, and people to support a more unified and scalable business.

As a Director, David continues to provide strategic leadership, drawing on his deep regional expertise and long-standing contribution to the company’s growth and evolution.
