Residential areas of specialisation include prestige residential and rural residential, home unit developments and residential developments and feasibility analysis. From 1993 to 2004, David has undertaken valuations of residential properties including prestige properties and larger rural residential properties located from Surfers Paradise to the NSW Far North Coast as well as project developments.

In 2006 David returned to the NSW North Coast to undertake a wide variety of residential and commerical (retail and industrial) valuations with particular experience and knowledge gained within the prestige residential and rural residential market. David has also undertaken numerous residential and mixed use development valuations from the NSW Central Coast to the QLD border Newcastle as well as compensation valuations for properties acquired by statutory authorities as well as asset valuations.
