Craig has in excess of 30 years’ experience within the property consultancy and valuation field. His early career experience at Knight Frank proved to be an excellent platform within the commercial property valuation environment which transferred to the initial setup and growth of the commercial division within the Herron Todd White Melbourne office. Craig now regularly undertakes rental determination work for the API, Small Business Commissioner and the REIV and is a mentor within the RMIT University construction/property degree program.

His area of expertise includes retail rental consultancy advice for tenants and landlords, retail valuation work and medical centre valuation advice. Craig also manages local and national corporate portfolio valuation advice for the Herron Todd White Group. Craig has an Associate Diploma in Valuations from RMIT, is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and is on the Examination Panel of the API.
