Extensive valuation experience from 2009 to current in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Residential Development and Rating and Taxing Valuations. Based in the Albury Wodonga region Caleb has built extensive market knowledge in a wide range of property sectors. Caleb has had broad experience with complex development valuations of residential land subdivisions and smaller townhouse developments. Caleb also has extensive experience of 'As If Complete' commercial and industrial developments. Caleb joined HTW in May 2019 and is working in the Residential team, undertaking valuations across the Albury/Wodonga and regional area.
