Brian is a Senior Valuer for Herron Todd White Wollongong with over nine years' experience. Brian has expertise with a wide range of property types and he has knowledge and experience in statutory valuations, specifically rating and taxing land valuations including compensation valuations in accordance with the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991. Brian's additional experience includes valuations for financial reporting both specialised and non-specialised property types and market rental valuations. Brian holds a Graduate Diploma (Property) from the University of South Australia and an Advanced Diploma Property (Valuation) from TAFE.
