Brian is an Advisory Director for Herron Todd White NSW with over fifteen years' experience. Brian has expertise with a wide range of property types with strong knowledge and experience in statutory valuations, specifically rating and taxing land valuations including appeals (objections), compensation valuations, full and partial acquisitions in accordance with the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 and easement valuations. He has experience as an expert witness within the Land and Environment Court. Brian's additional experience includes valuations for financial reporting both specialised and non-specialised property types and market rental valuations.

Brian holds a Graduate Diploma (Property) from the University of South Australia and an Advanced Diploma Property (Valuation) from TAFE. He holds professional accreditations with the Australian Property Institute (Associate with Certified Practising Valuer - AAPI) and is a Chartered Member with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
