Benjamin commenced work within the Industry in 2009 and has been practising as a Certified Practising Valuer since 2013. He started his property career in metropolitan Melbourne assisting in large scale residential developments, acquisition and agribusiness. Moving to a regional based firm he extended his valuation experience across many property classes including residential, commercial, industrial and most notably rural.
He commenced at Herron Todd White in 2015 and formed an integral part to the establishment of its south-west Victoria expansion in Warrnambool. He was elevated to the Board of Directors in 2020 and is a graduate at the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).Since forming part of the board, he has helped guide the company in navigating the Covid-19 pandemic and integrating the business across all of Victoria and Tasmania including some border regions in SA and NSW.
Being located regionally, Benjamin is across all regional asset classes, however specialises in the agribusiness sector with a particular focus on dairy, cropping and grazing assets. He forms part of local South-West Victoria Team, which branches from south-west of Geelong through to Warrnambool and across the border towards Mount Gambier. Benjamin also forms part of a widespread team of Agribusiness specialists across HTW VicTas. This team focuses largely in regional Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania for mortgage security, legal purposes, pre-sale due diligence, asset reporting purposes and accounting purposes.
