At the start of 2015, Bart relocated to Dalby Qld from where he provides high quality residential and rural valuations in the Western Downs, South Burnett, greater south west Qld and Northern NSW regions. Bart also gained extensive mortgagee in possession experience during this time. On the 1st of April 2021 Bart became a director of HTW Darling Downs. While continuing to deliver high quality rural and residential valuations and advice for mortgage security, mortgagee in possession and family law purposes, Bart also focuses on the management of the Rural Division, Human Resources and contributing to the day to day operation of HTW Darling Downs as part of the team of Directors/Shareholders. In his spare time Bart also runs a family farming operation comprising irrigated cropping - grain and fodder production, and a Stud Hereford Herd 'Bowen Downs Poll Herefords' which was originally established by his parents in 1972.
