Bart began working with Herron Todd White initially as a cadet valuer starting in 2010 in Toowoomba, where he gained skills across commercial (including going concerns), rural and residential property valuation. Upon registration at the start of 2013, Bart moved to Roma Qld where he undertook predominantly residential valuations during a volatile market phase due to the development of the mining and gas industry in the Surat Basin, though also practising commercial, rural lifestyle and rural valuations across south western Qld and the darling downs.
At the start of 2015, Bart relocated to Dalby Qld from where he provides high quality residential and rural valuations in the Western Downs, South Burnett, greater south west Qld and Northern NSW regions. Bart also gained extensive mortgagee in possession experience during this time. In 2018 Bart was given the opportunity to develop his skill set as a future leader of the Darling Downs business, this included a mentorship program under the guidance of existing directors Ian Douglas and Bradley Neill.
On the 1st of April 2021 Bart became a director of HTW Darling Downs. While continuing to deliver high quality rural and residential valuations and advice for mortgage security, mortgagee in possession and family law purposes, Bart also focuses on the management of the Rural Division, Human Resources and contributing to the day to day operation of HTW Darling Downs as part of the team of Directors/Shareholders. In his spare time Bart also runs a family farming operation comprising irrigated cropping - grain and fodder production, and a Stud Hereford Herd 'Bowen Downs Poll Herefords' which was originally established by his parents in 1972.
