Andrew is the current Chairman of the Brisbane Lions AFL Club (since 2017), a former Partner of PwC Deals Practice division, and newly appointed Independent Non-Executive Director to the HTW Australia and HTW Consolidated Board, Deputy Chair of the Board, and Chair of the Finance, Audit & Risk Management Committee.

A Senior Fellow of FINSIA, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Andrew’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and a Masters of Accounting. Andrew served as the Chair of FINSIA’s (Financial Services Institute of Australasia) Queensland Regional Council from 2007 to 2011.

Prior to his retirement from PwC, Andrew was a member of the Brisbane firm’s Leadership Group of Partners, a member of the Australian Board of Partners (until June 2022) and provided Corporate Advisory services to a range of large public and private clients.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Western Australia.
