Andrew has been active in the NSW rural property market since commencing as a valuer for HTW in Dubbo in 1997 gaining experience across a broad range of rural, commercial and residential valuations in central, southern and northern NSW.
From 2011 until 2019 Andrew managed a portfolio of broad acre dryland and irrigation farms in central and southern NSW and western Victoria for a US based pension fund.

This role involved identifying and acquiring rural properties, deal negotiations, property purchase due diligence and settlement of purchases in southern Australia. Other responsibilities included project management of large scale irrigation and horticultural developments, rural lease negotiations and fund reporting.

Since 2020 Andrew has conducted valuations with HTW across a broad range of mixed farming properties including grazing, cropping, horticultural and irrigated holdings in southern NSW and northern Victoria.
