Adrian has developed a broad knowledge of the residential property market since beginning as a cadet valuer with Herron Todd White in 2013. On obtaining his valuation certification as a Certified Practising Valuer with the Australian Property Institute, he has had a focus on residential valuations in the inner north eastern, eastern suburbs of Melbourne and the Yarra Ranges.

Adrian manages the Eastern Metro Division in the Residential Division providing valuation and consultancy advice for residential mortgage security, matrimonial disputes, private cliental requiring, pre-purchase advice and accountings.

Adrian has experience in most residential fields, as well as a range of commercial fields including retail, industrial and residential development. Adrian’s strengths lie in completing quality residential valuations, liaising with clients, negotiation and developing a client base.
