Adrian has developed a broad knowledge of the residential property market since beginning as a cadet valuer with Herron Todd White in 2013. On obtaining his valuation certification as a Certified Practising Valuer with the Australian Property Institute, he has had a focus on residential valuations across metropolitan Melbourne and Tasmania.

Adrian manages the Residential Division across Tasmania providing valuation and consultancy advice for residential mortgage security, matrimonial disputes, private clientele requiring pre-purchase advice and accountings.

Adrian has experience in most residential fields and a range of commercial fields including retail, industrial and residential development. Adrian’s strengths lie in completing quality residential valuations, liaising with clients, negotiating and developing a client base.
