Lynsey Devitt is the Chief People and Culture Officer of Herron Todd White.

Lynsey brings over 20 years of experience across people and culture, with a strong track record designing and delivering strategies that strengthen workplace culture, enhance employee and client experience, and drive sustainable business performance. She has worked across a diverse range of industries, including professional services, property and construction, technology, finance, telecommunications, energy, and retail.

Lynsey was drawn to Herron Todd White for its strong values and commitment to building a high-performing, people-first culture.

She is currently completing a PhD at Griffith University, focusing on how organisational values influence leadership behaviour, reflecting her deep commitment to values-led leadership and meaningful cultural evolution. Lynsey is also a certified organisational coach, with credentials in Birkman, DiSC, Hogan, and has previously served as an adjunct faculty member at Monash Business School.

As Chief People and Culture Officer, Lynsey works closely with the Executive Leadership Team to lead organisational transformation, building capability and strengthening a people-first foundation across the business.
