Jesse Dumoff is the Chief Technology Officer of Herron Todd White.

Jesse brings over 20 years of experience in technology leadership, with a strong background across data, financial services and private equity-backed organisations. He has led large-scale transformation programs, built high-performing technology teams, and delivered strategies that drive growth, efficiency and commercial outcomes.

Prior to joining Herron Todd White, Jesse served as Chief Information Officer at illion (formerly Dun & Bradstreet), where he led a multi-year transformation of the business’s technology and data platforms. During his tenure, he managed a team of over 200 professionals and played a key role in positioning the company for its successful acquisition by Experian in 2024.

Earlier in his career, Jesse held senior roles at Veda (now part of Equifax) and IAG, leading data and platform delivery and modernising core technology across underwriting and distribution.

Jesse was drawn to Herron Todd White for its leadership in digital property solutions and insights, and the opportunity to accelerate its technology-led growth and digital transformation.

As Chief Technology Officer, Jesse works closely with the executive team to lead technology strategy, drive enterprise transformation and unlock new value through digital platforms, data and innovation.
