Gavin Hulcombe has executive responsibility for Herron Todd White’s commercial, agribusiness & government property advisory and valuation business unit.

Gavin brings over 30 years of experience in property valuations and advisory, with deep expertise across large-scale residential developments, land subdivision and complex valuation matters. He joined Herron Todd White in 1994 and was appointed Director in 2001, drawn to the firm’s strong reputation for delivering independent, expert advice and its leadership position across key property sectors. He is an industry-recognised expert, regularly providing advice on major projects and expert evidence for arbitration, litigation and court proceedings.

Gavin has held a number of senior industry roles, including as a board member of the Australian Property Institute and past Chairman of Herron Todd White (Australia) Pty Ltd.

As Managing Director, Commercial, Agribusiness & Government, Gavin leads the firm’s national capability across these sectors, focused on delivering trusted advice and supporting clients on complex valuation and advisory matters.
