Ben Esau has responsibility for the residential operations across Herron Todd White’s national property valuation and advisory solutions.

Ben brings over a decade of experience across property, valuations operations and data, with a strong track record in client delivery, operational leadership and valuation risk. He has held senior leadership roles across the property and data sector, including more than eight years at Cotality (formerly CoreLogic), where he worked across a range of strategic, product and operational functions in Australia and New Zealand.

Ben was drawn to Herron Todd White’s depth of national expertise, best in market performance and the meaningful value it delivers to clients across the property lifecycle.

As National Manager of residential operations, Ben is focused on driving consistency, efficiency and performance across the firm’s national operations, strengthening internal capability and supporting the delivery of high-quality valuation and property advisory services.
