Herron Todd White is proud to celebrate Kevin Brogan, our Director of Valuation Risk and Compliance, who has won the Valuation & Advisory category at The Urban Developer's 2026 Urban Leader Awards.
Announced at a gala event at the Four Seasons in Sydney on 22 October, the award recognises Kevin's contribution to the valuation profession and his leadership across more than 30 years in the property industry.
Kevin's career spans government, local government, private practice and industry leadership. His work includes contributing to the Australian Banking & Finance Industry Residential Valuation Standing Instructions, which support consistency in residential valuations across the lending and valuation sectors.
For HTW, Kevin's achievement is a proud moment and a celebration of the expertise, care and commitment he brings to his work. His focus on valuation quality, risk and compliance helps build confidence in the advice we provide and supports high professional standards across our business.
HTW Chief Executive Officer Peter Maloney also took to the stage to present the Legal category award to Rhett Oliver of Colin Biggers & Paisley. Rhett was recognised for his leadership and experience in property development law.
Now in their third year, the Urban Leader Awards celebrate individuals making an exceptional contribution across Australia's property industry, from valuation and advisory to development, design, construction and beyond.
