Herron Todd White (HTW) was proud to sponsor the 2025 Australian Property Institute (API) / WAVO Global Property Congress, held from May 26 to 29. Organised by the API in partnership with international organisations, the event brought together property leaders, innovators, and experts to explore the future of the sector.
A Truly Global Gathering
This year’s Congress had a distinctly international focus. Industry leaders, analysts, and innovators from around the world came together to share insights and experiences. The agenda covered a wide range of topics including valuation, investment, sustainability, and regulatory changes.
Speakers highlighted key developments shaping the global property market. In addition, the event created opportunities for meaningful dialogue between regions, helping professionals understand local challenges from a global perspective.
A Hub for Connection and Conversation
As a returning sponsor, HTW once again hosted our popular coffee cart. It quickly became a central meeting point where attendees could grab a coffee, share ideas, and reconnect with peers. From early morning flat whites to post-panel conversations, it was a great way to start and end each day.

HTW on the Main Stage
Importantly, three of our senior leaders, David Sullivan, Kevin Brogan, and Ben Esau, took to the main stage to share their insights. They spoke about the work HTW is doing across different markets, highlighted recent innovations, and explored how our business continues to adapt to meet client needs. Their presentations reinforced our position as a forward-thinking leader in the valuation and advisory space.
Our involvement in events like this reflects our commitment to staying actively engaged in industry-wide conversations. By listening, sharing, and learning from our peers, we continue to grow our expertise and contribute meaningfully to the future of property.
Looking Ahead
The Global Property Congress continues to be one of the most important events in the property calendar. It brings together people, ideas, and innovations that shape the future of our industry.
We extend our thanks to API, WAVO, and all organisers for delivering another valuable event. To everyone who visited our stand or connected with our team—thank you.
We’re excited to continue these conversations and explore where they take us next.
