Supporting the legal sector at the FLPA

Herron Todd White was proud to participate in the Family Law Practitioners Association (FLPA) Queensland Retreat, a key event that brings together professionals working across the family law sector. The retreat provided a valuable opportunity for connection, learning, and collaboration with legal practitioners from across the state.

Engaging With the Family Law Community

Throughout the event, HTW engaged in insightful conversations with lawyers, mediators, and legal professionals. Many of these discussions focused on the role valuations play in supporting family law outcomes. We know that in this space, clear and independent advice is crucial. Our team was proud to share how our services help create clarity in what are often emotionally complex matters.

Showcasing HTW’s Expertise

At our exhibitor stand, the HTW team met with attendees to discuss our approach to residential, commercial, and business valuations in family law matters. We regularly work alongside legal professionals to provide reports and advice that support decision-making during separations and settlements. The retreat gave us the chance to demonstrate our experience and talk through how we tailor our services to meet specific case needs.

We were represented by a knowledgeable and approachable team, Janine Rockliff, Jerusha (JK) King, Sam Gray, Logan North, and Stuart Greensill. Their professionalism and warm approach helped build strong connections throughout the retreat.

Celebrating With a Lucky Door Prize

Adding a little fun to the mix, we ran a Lucky Door Prize giveaway. Congratulations to Jack Shaw and Liza Stubbs, who each took home a bottle of wine. It was a great way to wrap up a rewarding couple of days of discussion and engagement.

Why Events Like FLPA Matter

The FLPA Queensland Retreat continues to be one of the most valuable events in the legal calendar. It allows professionals from different disciplines to come together, reflect on current trends, and build relationships that lead to better client outcomes.

For HTW, being part of the retreat reinforces our commitment to supporting the legal profession. Family law cases often involve high-stakes decisions. In these moments, expert valuation services are not just helpful, they are essential. We understand the sensitivity of these matters and pride ourselves on delivering our work with care and precision.
