The global property community is set to converge in Sydney from 26–29 May 2025 for the inaugural Global Property Congress, and Herron Todd White (HTW) is proud to support this premier industry event as a sponsor.

Hosted at the Hilton Sydney, the Congress is a collaborative effort between the Australian Property Institute (API), World Association of Valuation Organisations (WAVO), International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC), Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ), and the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO). Themed “Navigating the Future: Innovation, Sustainability, and Resilience in the Global Property Profession,” the event aims to address the evolving challenges and opportunities within the sector.

HTW is honoured to have three of our senior leaders contributing their expertise at the Congress:

  • Kevin Brogan, National Director, Group Risk and Compliance: Leading the panel discussion on “The Evolution of Global Valuation Standards”.
  • Ben Esau, National Director, Residential: Participating in the session titled “What is the Role of the Valuation Industry in the Future of Energy Rating for Australian Homes?”.
  • David Sullivan, Chief Operating Officer: In his presentation, “From Tradition to Innovation: How Emerging Technologies Are Transforming the Residential Valuation Process”.

The Congress promises a dynamic program featuring keynote addresses, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. Attendees will gain insights into global economic outlooks, technological advancements in property valuation, and strategies for building resilience in the face of climate change and market fluctuations.

Set against the backdrop of Sydney’s vibrant Vivid Festival, which celebrates creativity, innovation, and technology, the event offers a unique opportunity for professionals to engage with peers from around the world in a city renowned for its cultural richness and forward-thinking spirit.

HTW remains committed to thought leadership and professional contribution both in Australia and on the global stage. Our participation in the Global Property Congress highlights our dedication to advancing the property profession through innovation, sustainability, and resilience.

We look forward to engaging with international colleagues, sharing our insights, and bringing back valuable perspectives to benefit our clients, partners, and communities.
